Dwa dotyczyły zlotu w VCMP 0.1d sprzed kilku lat, a trzeci… To fragment słynnego hymnu moro.

A tutaj…

VC:MP. Zasadniczo kij wie czemu, niby YT zmieniło ostatnio politykę w sprawie gameplay’ów, ale czemu nagle taki zmasowany atak akurat na te produkcje to pojęcia nie mam.

No no, Wacek wysunął roszczenia.

Siema NC, as I already wrote on LU-DM shoutbox, I stepped into your blog post after I googled their email. Anyway, I read the google translated version of your post, as you wrote I also noticed that there is no information at all about them on the internet. Everything so far makes it look as if it is a fake claim. I don’t know if you received any email or had any exchange with them, if you didn’t you might be interested in reading one of the email they sent to a guy who emailed them after a claim they made. I’ll attach the link at the end of my comment. I’d like to know what do you think of it. By the way, it was initially thought that they striked only polish videos, but now I heard that players from other countries too complained about the same issue, south americans too for example.

    Best regards,
    Theremin (LU) / PunkNoodle (VC:MP)

    Hey there,

thank you for the reply. It’s interesting how much useful content can be found on non-english website, isn’t it?

We’ve been monitoring this situation since end of October, I was among some other polish players who got their videos deleted first. As stated in the article above, I thought it was a joke, but it wasn’t.

I’ve contacted the guy who deletes videos. He’s replying with some ready-made answers and just copy-pastes them. One of his replies was like „ok, we can handle your case, but provide your name, address, phone number”. This sounds like scam to me! Later he agreed to check my videos if I sent him the link. So far no answer for a few days. If he won’t respond tomorrow I’ll ask him again to send me a proof (paper) on which Rockstar/Take Two gives him rights to represent them.

Recently this guy took down another two videos for me – after the first series of removal, I think I hid all videos related to VCMP. Either I missed something or he somehow found them on other yt channels. I have now two yt warning for nothing and I can’t afford another one and have a fucked up Google account. I decided to make all of my videos private so that now one can see them and wait over till Jan/Feb 17, when the warnings expire.

Exactly! His replies are really weird, I also think it’s a fake claim and that he probably doesn’t hold any right, and the thing that he’s asking for private info is also very fishy. His english is a bit odd, and so is the text format, as if he copy-pasted it. Besides that if he was really a right holder organization why on earth its name and email aren’t shown anywhere.

I also did the same two days ago, I’ve set private my only VC:MP video. I have received no strike so far and I’m trying to avoid it. In the email I read he said he can send a „short explanatory form” with the reason why he took down the video. I’m happy to see that you thought exactly the same thing as me over a lot of fishy things. So well I wish you the best and if you get a reply feel free to let me know, maybe we can find out the best strategy to make him withdraw those claims (if he fails to show any reliable proof) else I’m not sure yet what to do. Let’s just monitor how this matter follows for now. I’d be glad if you succeed so advices can be given to anyone else who’s caught in the same trap.

P.s. Yes I agree about non english sources, and in all honesty it’s not even the first time I read your blog, I like particularly the attention you pay to details. Sadly the very first article I read here was the one about Polonez.

As expected, I didn’t get any reply. It looks as if this guy replies with some crap answers, but when he has to do something, he’s silent. I’ve sent another e-mail to him right now. If I don’t get any reply by Thursday we will think what’s next. We can get in touch with yt about it, but we need to ensure it’s safe for us – I don’t want to go to a court just because of some VCMP videos and some idiot playing Rockstar’s cop and taking videos down.
